Yoga for Equestrians 

Jillian Sommer, owner of the studio, is also an avid equestrian. She owns a 17yo Chestnut Oldenburg cross and rides several times a week. Her love of riding and yoga have combined to create flows designed specifically for equestrians. The flows focus on muscles and muscle groups that are used in riding. The physical practice of yoga strengthens the body, while the mental practice strengthens the mind. The flow also includes breath work and meditation that can help focus and clear the mind, two important skills needed for any type of equestrian showing. 

Class options: We are currently on-site classes. Every participant will need a yoga mat. Classes are 60 minutes long.
